Common Questions

Can't log in?
• Make sure you're using the same credentials as your school's Skyward portal.
• Check that your school's Skyward system isn't undergoing maintenance.
• Still having trouble? See the contact options below.

Grades not updating?
• Pull down on the dashboard to refresh.
• Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
• Updates may be delayed if your school hasn't posted the latest grades.

What is the “What-If” feature?
Add predicted or temporary assignments to see how future scores could affect your class average. These calculations stay on your device and are never sent to your school.

How do I know you're not stealing my data?
Elevate does not store any personal data or assignment information on our servers. All data processing is done locally on your device. You can verify our statement by looking at Skyward's security email that gets sent every time our app re-authenticates using your credentials. This security email should contain an IP address, and you should see your device's IP address listed and not any of Elevate's. Additionally, all of our code is open source here.

Elevate uses encrypted connections to securely access Skyward's public APIs. We never store your login credentials or share your grade data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
